Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of AppAholic, operated by JustServicesPro Management and Consulting Ltd. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. The Marketplace
AppAholic is a marketplace for Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications built for Nigerian businesses and professionals. Apps are either developed in-house or built in response to community requests.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Purchases & Payment
Paid apps and subscriptions are processed through Flutterwave. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed amount.
4. Refund Policy
Digital goods are generally non-refundable once downloaded, as the product has been delivered. If an app is materially broken or not as described, contact info@justservices.pro within 7 days of purchase for a review. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; you retain access until the end of the current billing period, with no partial refund for unused time.
5. App Requests
Submitting an app request does not guarantee the app will be built. We review every request within 48 hours and will follow up with next steps if it's selected for development.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
- Redistribute or resell apps purchased on AppAholic without permission
- Interfere with the platform's security or normal operation
7. Intellectual Property
All apps, branding, and content on AppAholic are the property of JustServicesPro Management and Consulting Ltd or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. Purchasing an app grants you a license to use it, not ownership of its underlying code.
8. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
AppAholic and its apps are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustServicesPro Management and Consulting Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
